Your serving crew will arrive approximately an hour, prior to the time set to being serving. They bring everything necessary to ensure the success of your even, including a beautifully decorated buffet setting and chafing dishes, serving pieces, linens, plates, utensils and napkins.

We require a final number prior to the beginning of the event. A catered event includes the delivery of foods and settings, set up, tear down and retrieval
